Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 from Kuala Lumpur-Beijing

Figure 1MH370 FLIGHT
On the 8 March of 2014 the Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 from Kuala Lumpur-Beijing flight carrying 239 people disappeared .Around 14 countries have been participating in the search but no appropriate scientific discoveries was found .
This brings lots of questions on how the MH370 have been disappeared?
Basically we know that the two pilots are well experienced and the flight path undertaking by the Boeing 777 is quite safe and secure.
1. Suppose there is an explosion.
We know from the Boeing manual that the "revenue payload capacity" is 112 tons, or about 102,000 kg in which can accommodate a lots of goods.
Perhaps the flammable batteries can be also destructive or any other flammable materiel that are easily vulnerable to the fire can possibly explain the absence of the biggest wanted Boeing with all the innocent passengers if any mechanical problem had occurred. This gives us some crucial understandings about the fact that the plane's transponder, which provides out location data, was switched off as it left Malaysian airspace .We can analyze it only if true to the fact that the Boeing should be traveling very fast in a distance as descending in high altitude flight path for an emergency landing.
This conclude that all experienced pilots have no option in a route like this when enduring mechanical problems such as fire than keep on climbing in high altitude rather than to land in a very small airport that cannot accommodate a safely landing the emergency landing. Therefore those two pilots must possibly decide to go up to 45,000 feet, well above its certified maximum to have access to less oxygen to ease the fire. A little later, it plunged down to 23,000 feet. This can be possibly conclude by the Satellite 'pings' who indicate plane was still flying seven hours after satellite contact was lost .And then on the 16 March - first satellite image of potential debris in southern Indian Ocean which followed again on 24 March by numerous calculation that plane have been crashed in southern Indian Ocean with no survivors. This gives no evidence because of the lack of scientific and chemical analysis of the identified debris.
One thing is sure if there is an explosion in the Boeing and primarily we are expecting all the 239 passengers to be alive if the pilots managed to navigate the plane wisely .However with a lots search already attempted by the 14 countries and still no appropriate answers to the relative‘spassengers except the plane wash crash in the isolated Indian ocean. However the debris founded in the isolated Indian Oceanwas analyzed by Australian department of Force and other close countries seems hopeless. The planes taking part in Monday's 30 march search include P-3 Orions from Australia, New Zealand, Japan ans South Korea, plus a Japanese coast guard Gulfstream jet, a Chinese Ilyushin Il-76, a U.S. Navy P-8 Poseidon, two Malaysian C-130 Hercules and one civil jet acting as a communications relay have found nothing.

If its true can it is easier to admit if not there are absolutely some reasons.
2. Deliberate Air Crash
Figure 3 TWO PILOTS
There are no sufficient reasons to confirm that the two pilots had deliberately crash the plane.
If its true can it is easier to admit if not there are absolutely some reasons?
Ø Wealth warfare
Four days after the flight MH370 disappeared, semiconductor patent was approved by the U.S. patent office patent is divided in parts of 20% between five starters. One of the owners is the company itself, Freescale Semiconductor, Austin, Texas (USA), and the other four Chinese employees of the company: Peidong Wang, Zhijun Chen, Cheng and Li Ying Zhijong, all the Suzhou City. And they all passengers of Malaysia Airlines plane disappeared on March 8”If the patent holder dies the other owners share equally in dividends from the deceased. If four of the five patentees die, then the patentee left alive gets 100% of the patent. That remaining patent holder is the company Freescale Semiconductor which the owner is Jacob Rothschild. a British billionaire owns the company Blackstone, which in turn owns the company Free scale .Semiconductors. The Rothschilds are a dynasty of financiers and international bankers of German-Jewish origin. The family is from the nineteenth century one of the most influential families of bankers and financiers of Europe.
Rothschild possibly lucky by mistake after Malaysian Airliner MH370 crash to Gain Rights to a Semiconductor Patent by getting rid of those who stood in His Way
Figure 3 Jacob Rothschild
If its true can it is easier to admit if not there are absolutely some reasons.
Ø Missile
Missile test maybe possibly another that can lead to the loss of MH370 Malaysian airline. What happened if another country did?
If its true can it is easier to admit if not there are absolutely some reasons.
Ø Military radar
Nowadays most of the countries in the world are using more sophisticated instruments such as military radar to drag any airplanes without a transponder .If it’s true can it be easier to admit if not there are absolutely some reasons.
Ø Terrorist hijacked
Terrorist can possibly hijacked the MH370 for sure .But if it’s true what is so important in the airplane so that they want to hijack? The fact that some very important people were onboard and maybe some important goods can be the available reasons.
If its true can it is easier to admit if not there are absolutely some reasons.
If there is an explosion and the MH370 crash in a middle of the ocean the parameter of searching can be clouded by lots of options which will take longer more period of searching for truth.
Perhaps, the debris should have been found already if it is an explosion or mechanical problems
If the MH370 was deliberately crash the truth will never get revealed because it is well planned and will still remain a mystery that no one can be solve .Some people know exactly what has happened but the proof is the most important thing .It is more easier to hide behind the truth than to get reveal for innocent acts.
God bless all the relatives of the missing innocent passengers of MH370

Kingfisher Airlines lenders stumped as value of pledged properties crashes
Kingfisher Airlines lenders stumped as value of pledged properties crashes

Lenders to Kingfisher Airlines
Lenders to Kingfisher Airlines may end up recovering only a small portion of their loans to the bankrupt airline after discovering that two marquee properties given as collateral are worth less than what was claimed by Kingfisher Airlines.
Lenders, who are in the process of taking over possession of Kingfisher House in Mumbai, have valued the two key immovable securities — the Goa Villa and the Mumbai office — at Rs128 crore. This is considerably less than the Rs200 crore ascribed to the properties by Kingfisher at the time of the loan in 2010 and a fraction of Rs6,000 crore owed by the airline.
London to Delhi, lenders & lessors pile suits against UBGroup's Kingfisher Airlines has accumulated losses of Rs 16,023 cr and its net worth is in the negative
The lenders’ consortium of Kingfisher Airlines, parallely with the latter’s lessors and vendors, are pushing the UB Group to a corner to recover their dues. They have dismissed UB Group chairman Vijay Mallya’s statements on being hopeful of restarting the airline.
The airline’s accumulated losses are Rs 16,023 crore and its net worth is a negative Rs 12,919 crore; it has further posted a net loss of Rs 1,156 crore for the first quarter of 2013-14, on nil revenue. The lenders’ consortium is understood to have recovered close to Rs 1,500 crore of their total dues of Rs 8,000 crore. The lessors are also going all out to recover their share. For instance, one of them has filed a petition in the Delhi high court for execution of an ex-parte decree by a bench in the UK for close to $17 million; it is being contested by the UB Group.
From London to Goa and Delhi, Mumbai and Karnataka, the UB Group is fighting legal battles against the lessors and lenders, hopeful of salvaging some time before the lenders move further aggressively to enforce the corporate and personal guarantees of UB Holdings and Mallya. UB Holdings has initiated a comprehensive review of this exposure, to decide what to do.
It is understood that the lenders are mulling how to tap the corporate guarantees and how they can leverage Mallya's holding in his group’s cash cow, United Breweries. It has a market capitalisation of Rs 20,000 crore and Mallya holds 37.5 per cent in this, of which a little over 27 per cent is pledged.
Senior UB Group officials, however, maintain they will address the issue of Kingfisher squarely and are not in favour of leaving the issue suspended in mid-air. “Based on the detailed evaluation of the current situation, plans formulated and active discussions under way with prospective investors, we are confident of raising adequate finance, obtaining renewal of the (flying) permit, rescheduling debt and receiving continued support from the group,” went a Kingfisher statement.

* Lenders have sold certain investments belonging to UBHL
* One of the creditors to Kingfisher Airlines (KFA) has filed an execution petition in the Delhi High Court for executing an ex-parte purported foreign decree passed by the Queen’s Bench in the UK, awarding $16.9 million
* UBHL is taking steps to defend the proceedings before DRT, claiming the validity of the corporate guarantee is under dispute
* The Goa Senior Division Court has granted an interim injunction against any coercive action by lenders of KFA. Mallya is also challenging the move
* UBHL has filed a suit in the Bombay High Court, seeking to declare the pledge agreement as void and seeking Rs 3,199 crore damages
* UBHL, to defend itself, has filed petitions in the Karnataka High Court, claiming Rs 1,319 crore as damages against the petitioners
